Glenda Hall Since childhood, Glenda has been drawn to texture and tactile experiences. Working with clay continues this exploration for her. Her first exposure to ceramics was in a 5th grade art class where she made a set of die as a gift for her mom. (Incidentally, she still has the set!!) After several busy decades spent focusing on work and supporting her family, Glenda rediscovered her love for ceramics. In 2018, she began to take formal classes and fully explore her interest in ceramics. Since then, Glenda has continued to "unearth" different ways to form clay, concentrating on various methods to add textural interest. Making woven clay baskets brings all of Glenda's pottery favorites together: texture, function, and creativity.
